Central Market of Kuala Lumpur

Central Market is the art-deco structure of the Central Market. It is also a centre for the display and development of Malaysian culture, arts and crafts. There are many performances, demonstrations, and activities offered here, including batik painting, fortune telling, shadow puppet plays, glass blowing, dance classes, art classes, and many others. There's artists around the places to offer their painting services.

Local and Western Foods are served at the food stalls and restaurants on the upper level. Sustenance and resting places are provided for people to rest. Cultural performances are held during the weekends around 7.30 p.m.
